The first thing that jumps into my mind when I look at a photo of my body is “Oh shit, I am so fat”. It’s a common sentiment I hear from friends, family, and even strangers.

The problem with chronic illness is that the person who has it may not be able to change. In other words, the person may not even WANT to. By the time you’ve finished your book and are well into your third book, you should be able to use the rest of the book to make some sense of some of the things you’ve learned.

If it’s your fourth or fifth book, then you are probably thinking about it a lot. But you really should be thinking about it a lot. I remember reading a couple of books on it a long time ago, and it still has a way to go before it becomes a habit.

You should be thinking about it. But if youre not, then youre just not thinking hard enough. The reason why I say this is because it is very easy to slip into the habit of making mindless eating mistakes. Like, you look at a bag of chips and a bag of ice cream, and you think, “Oh, I’ve just eaten those two baggies and I haven’t even touched the ice cream.

This is pretty easy: eat the chips and the ice cream, and then make a new habit of making some new habits. It’s so easy to make a habit of making a habit of making new habits. If you can make a habit of making some new habits, then you will be fine.

Its easy to make a habit of going to the supermarket, getting a coffee mug, and then making a new habit of making a new habit of making a new habit. Its easy to make a habit of buying a TV, getting a new TV and then making a new habit of making a new habit of getting around to the gym.
